If you do not opt in, and a beneficiary submits a claim, we will still honor that claim on a case-by-case review basis in line with the existing claims process and rules.

This benefit is only relevant to Vitality Active members who joined before 01 July 2021. Members who have joined from 01 July 2021 onwards do not qualify for the funeral policy benefit.
